Business analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update products on e-commerce platforms (website & marketplaces)
Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, IT, customer service)
Monitor online sales performance and prepare basic reports
Manage promotions, campaigns, and online offers
Ensure smooth order processing and resolve platform-related issues
Optimize user experience and conversion rates
Support marketplace registrations and integrations (e.g., Trendyol, etc.)
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in MIS / IS / Computer Science / E-Commerce or related field
Experience in e-commerce platforms and marketplaces is preferred
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online sales tools
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Experience Level:
Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience (can be adjusted)
