Job Description 

The Buyer is responsible for meeting demand requirements by ordering the right quantity of stock in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner, ensuring healthy inventory levels. This role involves forecasting, monitoring brand performance, managing SKUs, and maintaining strong supplier relationships to support the company’s commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare demand forecasts and ensure timely procurement of SKUs to meet sales requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate brand performance across showrooms.
• Classify SKUs based on sales trends and control warehouse inventory levels.
• Launch promotions and introduce new arrivals in coordination with the E-commerce and Marketing teams through social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team on new product designs and showroom floor plans.
• Prepare brand performance reports and present findings to top management.
• Estimate the annual purchasing budget for international brands.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering , Business Administration.
• Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
